(Requires attunement) This sheath is made of python skin. The damage bonus does not stack with multiple drawings, it can only be +1, and only on one weapon at a time.) Every time the blade is sheathed or drawn, there's the distinct, and rather loud, sound of metal being sharpened. (To get the bonus again, you have to sheathe and draw it again. The first time you miss, however, the enchantment wears off as the blade is dulled by your opponent's shield or armor or it hits the stone floor or whatever. RollĪ blade drawn from this metal scabbard is magically honed to razor sharpness, doing +1 extra damage when it strikes an opponent. ![]() If you're doing the latter, you can assign it yourself to reward a particular player ("hm, looks like this sheath will only fit the Druid's scimitar.") or roll a weapon type randomly. Unless otherwise noted, it's up to you to decide if the scabbards below are magically "one size fits all" or if they are made for specific weapons. It's the scabbard that radiates with magic. The sword? The sword, alas, is just a normal sword. ooh! A sword in an ornate scabbard glitters with dweomer! our victorious heroes come upon the villain's treasure. A place to keep your weapon is just assumed. I bet your players don't even write them down on their character sheets. but where does she keep it?
